Eaksha Holdings (Pvt) Ltd (also referred to as “Eaksha”, the “Company”) is a developer of industrial machinery for numerous manufacturing industries within Sri Lanka and overseas.
The Company focuses on designing and manufacturing customized machines and provide engineering automation solutions for factory and business projects.
The Company has in-house capabilities to design and fabricate machines at its facility located at Kaluthara, Sri Lanka.
Current clientele include an international Coco-Peat substrate manufacturer with multiple factories in Sri Lanka and a local fiber product manufacturer owned by a listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
The Company also develops standardized machinery for generic use within the manufacturing industry. Many of machines are already user tested and have been pre-developed through a stringent R&D phase.
Eaksha envisages becoming the leading automation solutions provider for the manufacturing industry and aims to raise funds to develop its facilities, increase staff strength and marketing efforts, and fund working capital requirements of projects in the pipeline.
With the available product range and clientele, the company targets revenue to be above LKR 180.0 Mn in the first year and above LKR 500.0 Mn by the fifth year.
The Company’s cost structure consists of steel, electronic materials, labour and other production overheads.
Eaksha’s current financial requirement is LKR 60.0 Mn.
According to Discounted Cash Flow valuation methodology (DCF-FCFE), Eaksha’s post money equity value ranges between LKR 167.3 Mn to LKR 202.0 Mn.
